- Supervise daily spa operations including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas, fitness facilities, and retail
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment
- Support Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages, and retail products
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using spa management system
- Assist in development and implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations

Role Overview
- Supervise daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas, fitness facilities, and retail areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards.
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off peak hours.
- Conduct daily briefings, on the job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment; coordinate with suppliers and procurement as needed.
- Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages, and retail products.
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using the spa management system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements specific to spa operations in Dubai.
