Support spa operations and help create memorable guest experiences.
Promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, answer service questions, check in guests, and process payments.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage reservation software and visually verify information.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional communications and appearance.
- Remain active during the role, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and moving objects.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Work Environment
- The role is based at the Sheraton spa in Sharjah and requires extended movement across potentially uneven or slippery surfaces.
- The role may require lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
