The role is a non-management Spa Receptionist position at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.
The schedule is full time and the role is not remote.
Position Summary
Support spa functions and create memorable, unique guest experiences.
Promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, answer service questions, check in guests, and process payments.
Work Standards and Physical Requirements
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Use reservation software to read and visually verify information.
- Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
