- Ensure smooth check in and check out procedures, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality
- Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in a spa or hospitality setting)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multi task and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in using booking systems and general office software
- Knowledge of spa services, wellness treatments, and retail products is a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
