Position Overview
- This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, assisting guests, and ensuring a relaxing spa experience.
What you will be doing
- Ensure spa facilities are clean, well maintained, and fully stocked.
- Greet and assist guests with towels, robes, and amenities.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Maintain spa ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and presentation.
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
