Role Overview

  • The Director of Food & Beverage leads the overall F&B strategy and operations of Sofitel Jabal Omar Makkah.
  • This role ensures exceptional culinary experiences, luxury service standards, and sustainable commercial performance across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual Food & Beverage strategy aligned with hotel objectives.
  • Lead all F&B operations including restaurants, lounges, in room dining, banqueting, and catering.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
  • Drive commercial performance and revenue growth through promotions and partnerships.
  • Manage departmental budget, forecasts, and financial controls.
  • Partner with Executive Chef to develop innovative culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and quality audits.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management for F&B products.
