Job Overview
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce rigorous quality standards for food presentation, beverage preparation, and overall guest service delivery
- Manage inventory levels, monitor food and beverage costs, and implement cost control measures while maintaining quality
- Train, onboard, and develop team members through regular coaching, performance feedback, and skill building initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits
- Coordinate seamlessly between front of house and kitchen operations to optimize workflow and service efficiency
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor key performance metrics, including guest feedback, staff performance, and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present regular reports on operations, staffing, and financial performance to management
- Customize service experiences to meet guest preferences and special requests while maintaining operational standards
- Participate in menu planning and promotional activities to drive revenue and guest engagement
