- Oversee daily kitchen operations across Banquets, In Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards for recipes, presentation, and portioning
- Monitor food cost, inventory, and purchasing to meet budget targets and minimize waste
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards per UAE regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen associates to foster a collaborative team culture
- Support menu development and collaborate with Catering and other departments for tailored dining experiences
Requirements
- Experience in a similar sous chef role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Work closely with Executive Sous Chef and collaborate with Banquets, In Room Dining, Stewarding, Catering, and other departments.
- Dynamic, fast paced environment with teamwork, precision, and creativity.

- Oversee daily operations across Banquet Kitchen, In Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant.
- Maintain food quality standards, ensure smooth operations, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Contribute to operational excellence, cost control, and team development.
