Role Overview
Pureats is hiring a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in Dubai.
The role includes staff management, food safety, menu innovation, cost control, stock management, and daily production oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff.
- Maintain hygiene standards and hold the required Person in Charge (PIC) certificate.
- Create and improve recipes and menus.
- Manage costs, stock, and daily production.
Requirements
- Experience in health-focused cuisine, cloud kitchens, and butchery.
- Proven leadership and culinary creativity.
- Kitchen management experience of at least 4 years.
- English is required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
