Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
Role overview
Lead kitchen operations in Dubai while managing staff, ensuring food safety, and driving menu innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards, with a required Person in Charge certificate.
- Create and improve recipes and menus.
- Manage costs, stock, and daily production.
Qualifications
- Experience in health-focused cuisine, cloud kitchens, and butchery.
- Proven leadership and culinary creativity.
- Four years of kitchen management experience is required.
- English proficiency is required.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
