Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen and dine-in operations.
- Take orders, process cashier transactions, prepare orders, and dispatch orders.
- Monitor and maintain par levels for all items.
- Check and control food wastage and food costs.
- Manage supplier orders and inventory records.
- Use Excel sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen and service teams to maintain performance and company standards.
- Ensure operational efficiency across kitchen and dine-in areas.
Requirements
- Prior experience in all-around restaurant operations is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are required.
- The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to maintain team morale and operational discipline.
Qualifications and Skills
- F&B experience in restaurant administration, operations, or a similar role is required.
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations is required.
- Computer literacy with MS Office, POS systems, and basic troubleshooting is required.
- English proficiency is required.
- Two years of supervisory experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

- The position is full-time.
