Role Overview
Support the Food and Beverage team as a Cleaner/Kitchen Helper.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in kitchen and service areas.
Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery manually or by machine.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen and dining areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
- Clean storage rooms, refrigerators, and food service areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist chefs and service staff with basic cleaning support.
- Report maintenance or safety issues.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting items.
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English language ability is required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
