Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global sourcing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic suppliers across key sourcing regions
- Build long term partnerships with suppliers while improving cost, quality, flexibility, and lead times
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, capacity commitments, and supplier performance agreements
- Drive supplier consolidation and sourcing diversification strategies
- Oversee end to end production from development handover through bulk shipment
- Ensure timely execution of critical path milestones and on time delivery of all seasonal collections
- Monitor factory capacity, production planning, and risk management to proactively address delays and bottlenecks
- Implement corrective action plans when delivery, quality, or capacity risks are identified
- Lead cross functional alignment between sourcing, product development, merchandising, logistics, quality, and sales teams
- Lead seasonal costing negotiations and cost engineering initiatives
- Ensure all products meet brand quality standards and customer expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in apparel sourcing and production, including at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong sourcing network across key manufacturing countries (Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Vietnam)
- Deep knowledge of apparel manufacturing, product development, costing, compliance, quality assurance, and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial decision making skills
- Experience managing large supplier portfolios and multi country sourcing operations

Role Overview

- Build long term partnerships with suppliers while continuously improving cost, quality, flexibility, and lead times.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, capacity commitments, and supplier performance agreements.
- Drive supplier consolidation and sourcing diversification strategies.
- Oversee end to end production from development handover through bulk shipment.

Requirements

- Strong sourcing network across key manufacturing countries, particularly Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, and Vietnam.
