Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Shopify Plus stores across multiple brands and markets
- Set up and maintain apps, themes, checkout configurations, and storefront features
- Support new store launches, market expansions, and app implementations
- Troubleshoot Shopify side issues — orders, inventory display, payments, customer accounts
- Manage day to day operation and configuration of Warehouse Management System(s) across regions
- Support warehouse operational workflows — inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, returns processing
- Troubleshoot WMS issues affecting order fulfilment and stock accuracy
- Liaise with warehouse teams and WMS vendors on system issues and enhancements
- Support data flow and coordination between Shopify, WMS, and ERP (Business Central) where relevant
- Identify process improvements across both platforms
- Provide technical support and documentation for both systems
- Support onboarding of new brands/stores from both a Shopify and WMS perspective
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience with Shopify Plus (admin, apps, configuration)
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience with a Warehouse Management System (any major WMS platform)
- Strong understanding of e commerce order lifecycle and warehouse fulfilment operations
- Comfortable working independently across two distinct systems
- Fluent in English; Italian a plus

Role Overview
- We are looking for an IT specialist with strong hands on experience across both Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support our e commerce and fulfilment operations across multiple brands and regions.
- This role covers day to day management, configuration, and troubleshooting of both platforms — not limited to the integration layer between them.
