- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve seasonal and annual revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying new business opportunities

- Conduct regular market visits to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and annual agreements with customers
- Prepare and present seasonal collections, pricing, assortments, and commercial proposals
- Monitor customer performance and recommend actions to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop seasonal sales forecasts in collaboration with Merchandising and Planning teams
- Track sales performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports and analyze trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, wholesale, or key account management within fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industry
- Experience managing distributor and wholesale networks preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and business growth across the Sportlux portfolio by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- The role manages key wholesale accounts, oversees seasonal sales campaigns, and works cross functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve seasonal and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Build long term relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and annual agreements with customers.
- Ensure effective sell in and support customers in driving sell through performance.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from seasonal presentations and order placement to delivery and after sales support.
- Prepare and present seasonal collections, pricing, assortments, and commercial proposals.
- Monitor customer performance and recommend actions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve commercial issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding deliveries, launches, promotions, and business updates.
- Develop seasonal sales forecasts in collaboration with Merchandising and Planning teams.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Monitor order intake, replenishment opportunities, and inventory levels.
- Track sales performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Support budgeting and annual business planning processes.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Merchandising on product assortment planning and seasonal buys.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Partner with Marketing to execute trade marketing initiatives, launches, and customer events.
- Liaise with Finance on customer payments, credit limits, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Support Operations in resolving order, shipment, and inventory related issues.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports.
- Analyse sales trends, customer performance, margins, and product performance.
- Monitor KPIs including sales achievement, order conversion, average order value, sell through, and customer profitability.
- Provide management with regular commercial updates and market insights.
Relationship Management
- Represent Sportlux professionally with customers, brand partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Build strong internal relationships across departments to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, wholesale, or key account management within the fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industry.
- Experience managing distributor and wholesale networks is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
