Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of Lucidya's products and translate into customer solutions
- Partner with Sales to uncover customer needs and design solutions
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations
- Own and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Support complex sales cycles by answering questions and handling RFIs/RFPs
- Act as bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
- Work with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning
- Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities
- Ensure smooth handovers from pre sales to onboarding and Customer Success
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre Sales, Sales Ops, or Account Management within B2B SaaS
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with customer facing demos and workshops
- Proficiency in HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

What You'll Do

Who You Are
- Naturally curious and enjoy digging into customer needs
- Strong communicator who can present to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable being customer facing, leading demos and answering tough questions
- Enjoy problem solving and thinking in systems
- Proactive and take ownership
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre Sales, Sales Ops, or Account Management within B2B SaaS
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Comfortable using HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Work well cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
