- Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Qualifications

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Preferred: Experience with SaaS, AI, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Preferred: Knowledge of customer success methodologies and analytics tools.
- Preferred: Arabic language skills.
