What You'll Do

  • Own the future of Monitoring & Research at Lucidya: define vision, strategy, and roadmap across Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer.
  • Turn customer signals into decisions by understanding how customers make decisions and where they struggle.
  • Lead discovery before delivery, challenging assumptions and validating problems.
  • Raise the quality bar for AI powered insights: work with AI, Data, Design, and Engineering teams to improve accuracy, sentiment quality, explainability, relevance, and customer trust.
  • Make difficult prioritization decisions using customer feedback, product data, market insights, and strategic impact.
  • Drive product adoption and business impact by monitoring customer behavior and feedback loops.
  • Be a leader beyond product: collaborate across teams and help create alignment.

Who You Are

  • You have strong product fundamentals: at least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • You simplify complexity: comfortable with large datasets, analytics platforms, AI powered products.
  • You stay close to customers: regularly speak with customers and validate assumptions.
  • You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • You communicate with clarity.
  • You care about outcomes: measure success by customer adoption and business impact.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with social listening, media monitoring, Voice of Customer, customer intelligence, or research platforms.
  • Experience building AI powered, analytics heavy, or data intensive products.
  • Familiarity with sentiment analysis, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or automated research workflows.
  • Experience working with Arabic language products or regional customer behaviors.
  • Knowledge of MENA markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Qualtrics, Medallia, or Brand24.
