About the Client
The client is an enterprise technology company driving digital transformation across the Middle East.
The organization specializes in IT operations, service management, AIOps, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Its customers include large government and enterprise organizations with mission-critical digital infrastructure.
Solution Ownership
- Drive the full solution lifecycle across presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise and government customers.
Enterprise Architecture
- Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, observability, and AI platforms.
- Build architectures for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and sovereign environments.
- Own proofs of concept, bids, and technical proposals.
- Engage senior stakeholders and support successful delivery.
ITSM and ITOM Expertise
- At least eight years of solution architecture experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise ITSM, ITOM, monitoring, observability, or AIOps platforms.
AI and Modern Technology
- Experience integrating AI, automation, generative AI, LLMs, or AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
Architecture and Integration
- Proven expertise designing enterprise solutions involving APIs and integrations, service-oriented architecture, hybrid cloud environments, high availability, and scalability.
Customer-Facing Leadership
- Strong consulting and presentation skills.
- Comfort engaging with technical teams and C-level executives.
Industry Experience
- Experience with large enterprise, government, telecom, financial services, or regulated-sector customers is highly preferred.
