Role Overview
Senior customer-facing pre-sales leadership role with a growing UK connectivity and network services business.
The role combines customer solution design, commercial awareness, and solution architecture across enterprise connectivity and managed services.
The successful candidate will help define the pre-sales process and build the Solutions Architecture capability.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote within the UK and is full-time and permanent.
- Travel may be required to meet customers.
- Candidates must live in the UK with valid rights to work; UK sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery workshops and technical qualification activities.
- Design enterprise connectivity and network solutions.
- Support opportunities through solution design, proposals, commercialisation, and contract signature.
- Support DIA, Ethernet, optical, SD-WAN, SASE, cybersecurity, cloud connectivity, and managed services solutions.
- Develop pre-sales processes, governance, templates, reference architectures, and design standards.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, commercial, customer experience, and delivery teams.
