About the Client
The client is a rapidly growing technology company expanding in the Middle East.
The company delivers large-scale digital transformation projects for government and enterprise clients.
Its focus includes AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, and Smart City solutions, including multi-million-dollar UAE projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify, gather, and document requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for implementation partners and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, risks, and project timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clear outcomes and actionable next steps.
- Drive vendor performance and delivery against agreed milestones.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, sign-off processes, and business adoption activities.
- Support change management, training, and handover into operations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI Automation, or Digital Transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with external vendors, system integrators, or implementation partners.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive decisions.
- Strong requirements gathering, user story definition, and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Government, Public Sector, or Smart City programmes is preferred.
- Exposure to AI platforms, Data Analytics, Data Governance, or BI solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML solution delivery and vendor management is preferred.
- A native Arabic speaker would be highly advantageous.
