Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end solutioning process for Business Central opportunities, from discovery to technical close
- Design scalable, practical ERP solutions aligned to client outcomes and delivery feasibility
- Drive solution quality, scope clarity, and technical confidence in every deal
- Partner closely with Microsoft sellers to build pipeline and win deals together
- Leverage Microsoft programs to accelerate opportunities
- Align MNP’s offerings with Microsoft priorities across ERP, AI, and Copilot
- Lead value driven conversations with business and IT stakeholders
- Build clear business cases and ROI narratives tied to Business Central
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot
- Act as the bridge between sales and delivery; ensuring clean scope, realistic estimates, and aligned teams
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and account teams to present one cohesive solution
- Deliver workshops, demos, and proof of concepts that move deals forward
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre sales / solution consulting within ERP or Business Applications
- Proven track record of driving technical wins
- Strong hands on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Deep understanding of ERP processes
- Experience designing solutions across Business Central + Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong business case development and pricing awareness
- Experience working with Microsoft or similar partner ecosystems
- Ability to influence deal strategy and position value effectively
- Confident engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Able to clearly articulate complex ERP concepts in simple terms

Role Overview
- MNP is looking to strengthen Client Services practice by adding a Microsoft Business Applications Solution Specialist with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- The role embodies both business leadership and technical expertise, guiding clients through their digital transformation via Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Technical Win: Lead end to end solutioning for Business Central opportunities, from discovery to technical close.
- Drive Co Sell with Microsoft: Partner with Microsoft sellers to build pipeline and win deals together.
- Translate Business Needs into Real Solutions: Lead value driven conversations and build clear business cases.
- Orchestrate Pursuits Internally: Act as bridge between sales and delivery.
- Lead Pre Sales Execution: Deliver workshops, demos, and proof of concepts.
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years in pre sales / solution consulting within ERP or Business Applications.
- Proven track record of driving technical wins.
- Strong hands on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Compensation
- Ideal hiring range: CAD 110,000 to CAD 150,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
