About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, information science, or related field
- Three to five years of consulting experience, preferably working directly with clients
- Strong knowledge of AI and data, including machine learning, agentic AI, and generative AI
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions required
- Understands business models, digital transformation, and how AI applies in different industries
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Clear written and spoken communication, especially for non technical audiences

Skills and Experience

- Technical knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions is required.

- Knows about technology adoption and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication, especially for audiences without technical backgrounds.

Salary Range
- Hiring range: CAD 70,000 to CAD 85,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
