Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, information science, or a related field
- Three to five years of consulting experience, preferably working directly with clients
- Strong knowledge of AI and data, including machine learning, agentic AI, and generative AI
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions is required
- Understands business models, digital transformation, and how AI applies in different industries
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Clear written and spoken communication, especially for non technical audiences

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, information science, or a related field.
- Three to five years of consulting experience, preferably working directly with clients.
- Strong knowledge of AI and data, including machine learning, agentic AI, and generative AI.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions is required. Familiar with other AI tools and cloud platforms a plus.
- Understands business models, digital transformation, and how AI applies in different industries.
- Knows about technology adoption and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication, especially for audiences without technical backgrounds.
- Very organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple client tasks.
- Keen to learn about new AI trends and technologies.
- Works well in teams and gets along with others.
