- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Excellent requirements gathering skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience working in an Agile development environment

Overview
- MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business advisory firm in Canada.
- The Technology – Solution Delivery team is looking for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements using research, interviews, document analysis, and process analysis.
- Develop user stories and features from analysis models.
- Create viable specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise between multiple business and technology teams to analyze system functionality.
- Work with operations SMEs to understand system functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology systems.
- Guide development teams with system documentation, Test Data, Demo Videos, UAT, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, program/project managers, SMEs, and technical leads.
- Facilitate stakeholder consensus on design and implementation decisions.
- Act as project manager on smaller projects by developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Track project status, risks, blockers, and update stakeholders proactively.
- Draft clear, succinct, and well organized reports and correspondence.
Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops.
- Excellent requirements gathering skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with application development teams, wireframing, system integration, and Azure DevOps is an asset.
