- Deliver expert digital consulting services including AI Strategy, Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation, and ERP Strategy
- Work with MNP Partners to lead business development activities and evolve new digital technology service offerings
- Project manage and execute client engagements including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating
- Identify business opportunities, define root cause of issues, and develop innovative solutions
- Coach and mentor team resources to advance skills and promote wellness
- Promote MNP through presentations, articles, workshops, and community activities
- Provide leadership in proposal development and solution design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or related field
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital/technology domain
- Experience in AI Strategy, Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation, ERP Strategy and System Selection
- Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, and team leadership
- Experience in proposal development
- Developed network within business and IT community
- Completion of additional certifications (e.g., CMC, PMP, Prince2, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL) considered an asset

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital/technology domain; previous consulting experience an asset.
- Completion of additional certifications (e.g., CMC, PMP, Prince2, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL) considered an asset.
- Passion for innovation and application of digital tools to solve complex business problems.
- Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership.
- Professional experience in AI Strategy, Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation, ERP Strategy and System Selection.
- Experience in proposal development.
- Developed network within business and IT community considered a strong asset.

Salary Range
- Hiring range between CAD 105,000 to CAD 135,000 depending on experience and skills.
