Role Overview

Position Overview
The Solution Sales Director will drive revenue growth for Diligent solutions across existing and new accounts.
The role focuses on entity management expertise and managing larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles.
This is an individual contributor position responsible for the full sales cycle and adoption of the Diligent One Platform.
The role also provides coaching, guidance, and support to Sales stakeholders.
Sales & Account Growth
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Diligent's entity and subsidiary management solutions.
- Prospect and manage new and existing business within the designated territory.
- Apply consultative solutions selling to understand customer needs and position the Diligent One Platform.
- Expand strategic customer relationships and drive growth across customer organizations.
- Develop strategic account plans that generate new business and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using Diligent-approved methodologies.
