Role Overview
Support global clients by keeping corporate governance data accurate, secure, and usable.
Convert complex client records into reliable datasets and documents used by board, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
Work hands-on with governance data, platform migrations, questionnaires, Excel, databases, and AI tools.
What You Will Do
- Migrate and transform client corporate governance data and documents into Diligent platforms.
- Build and configure Director and Officer questionnaires.
- Run data quality checks, validate source records, and correct errors.
- Use Excel, databases, and AI tools to manage large datasets and bulk document uploads and downloads.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Identify and help implement improvements to workflows, templates, and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a professional data-focused role, such as data specialist, data analyst, or data migration.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced data manipulation and analysis functions.
- Practical database experience and understanding of data storage, structure, and retrieval.
