Position Overview
Drive revenue growth for Diligent solutions across existing and new accounts.
Bring strong entity management expertise from practice or direct use of entity management tools.
Manage larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles and drive adoption of the Diligent One Platform.
This is an individual contributor role covering the full sales cycle while orchestrating internal expertise.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales stakeholders on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and maintain expert-level knowledge of Diligent ethics and compliance solutions.
- Prospect and manage new and existing business within the designated territory.
- Apply consultative solutions selling and deep domain expertise to understand customer needs and position the Diligent One Platform.
- Leverage industry-focused insights to create long-term competitive advantages for customers.
- Expand strategic customer relationships and drive growth across multiple areas of the organisation.
- Gather customer feedback on needs, products, and features and collaborate with product management and marketing on improvements.
