Position Overview
Drive revenue growth for Diligent solutions across existing and new accounts.
Focus on entity management expertise and adoption of the Diligent One Platform.
Manage larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect or customer meetings through deal completion.
- Prospect and manage new and existing business within the designated territory.
- Apply consultative solutions selling and deep domain expertise to position the platform.
- Expand strategic customer relationships and drive growth across multiple organizational areas.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product management and marketing on improvements.
- Develop strategic account plans for new business and upsell opportunities.
- Use sales tools, maintain CRM records, and report on forecasts, pipeline, and bookings.
- Understand competitors, customer strategy, and industry trends.
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in the entity management space as a practitioner or in selling ethics and compliance solutions.
- Proven account management or new business success with revenue targets in technology, SaaS, or GRC.
