Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across oil and gas, commodity trading, and energy sectors.
- Build a sales pipeline through outbound business development.
- Understand trading and risk workflows and recommend CTRM and ERP solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close enterprise software deals.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting data.
- Develop relationships with senior client decision-makers.
- Coordinate project handovers with pre-sales, implementation, and product teams.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience with CTRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions is preferred.
- Experience selling into oil and gas or commodity trading is required.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and back-office operations.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
- An oil and gas trading network is highly preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month plus performance-based commission.
- Employment visa and medical insurance are offered.
- The role provides exposure to regional and international enterprise clients.
Working schedule
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, with the first and third Saturdays working.
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Location
- The stated role location is Dubai, UAE.
- The role includes client meetings, industry events, conferences, and travel as required.
