Location
- The role is located in Umm Al Quwain.
Salary and package
- Salary is AED 5,000–AED 6,000 per month.
- Employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and other UAE labor law benefits are provided.
Requirements
- ABAT certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Previous experience with children with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A patient, caring, and passionate approach to child development is expected.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports is required.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions according to treatment plans.
- Develop children’s communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under supervisor and specialist guidance.
- Monitor, record, and report children’s progress accurately.
- Assist with daily routines and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards.
