Role Overview

The employer is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for a client to drive new business for CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

The role focuses on enterprise software sales to commodity trading companies, refiners, and energy businesses in the oil and gas sector.

The position is based in Dubai according to the description.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify business opportunities in oil and gas, commodity trading, and energy sectors.
  • Build a sales pipeline through outbound business development.
  • Recommend CTRM and ERP solutions based on client trading and risk workflows.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close enterprise software deals.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and coordinate project handovers.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience is required.
  • Experience with CTRM or Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions is preferred.
  • Experience selling into oil and gas or commodity trading is required.
  • Knowledge of commodity trading, risk management, and back-office operations is required.
  • A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is required.
  • Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • An existing oil and gas trading network is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required is required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The stated salary is AED 10,000–15,000 per month plus attractive commission.
  • The offer includes an employment visa and medical insurance.
  • The role offers exposure to enterprise clients across regional and international markets.

Working Schedule

  • The schedule is Monday to Friday, with the first and third Saturdays working.
  • Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
