About the Role
iHorizons seeks an experienced Software Sales Account Manager to sell enterprise IT solutions in Qatar. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through professional networks, cold calling, and other methods
- Manage the entire sales life cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers and cross/upselling
- Act as single point of contact for customers and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare account development plans and identify opportunities for growth
- Use CRM to log activities and generate sales reports
- Participate in trade shows and technology events to promote products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with last 1 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self motivated with a competitive, results driven attitude
- Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus

Job Summary
- Sell iHorizons' products and services to new and existing customers, managing the entire sales life cycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads by hunting for opportunities through professional networks, cold calling, etc.
- Be a trusted technology advisor to target clients to generate and qualify opportunities.
- Manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team.
- Independently handle negotiations and deal closure for small and mid sized deals.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customers and cross/upselling.
- Act as single point of contact for customers and maintain continuous knowledge of project status.
- Prepare account development plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Use CRM to log activities and generate sales reports.
- Visit major customers regularly to strengthen relations.
- Participate in trade shows and technology events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with last 1 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Digital Transformation space is highly preferred.
- Sales experience in the Middle East, specifically Qatar, is highly preferred.
- Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated with a competitive, results driven attitude.
