Job Summary

  • Sell iHorizons' range of products and services to new and existing customers in various sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle and new accounts with support from Sales Operations Team.
  • Reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through hunting, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Be a trusted technology advisor to target clients.
  • Own and manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team.
  • Independently handle negotiations and deal closure for small and mid sized deals.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customers and cross/upselling.
  • Act as single point of contact for customers and maintain continuous market analysis.
  • Prepare account development plans and maximize business opportunities.
  • Support Sales Operations team with contract renewals and payment collections.
  • Use CRM to log activities and generate sales reports.
  • Visit major customers regularly and build relationships with senior executives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with last 1 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales is mandatory.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation space highly preferred.
  • Sales experience in Middle East and Qatar highly preferred.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus.
