About the Role
iHorizons is seeking a Senior Software Sales professional to sell enterprise IT solutions to new and existing customers in Qatar. The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, generating leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into opportunities, bid, and successfully close deals
- Sell large and complex solutions to large organizations and achieve assigned sales target
- Manage accounts for cross selling and upselling
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to target clients
- Own and manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team
- Independently handle negotiations and deal closure for small and mid sized deals
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customer logos and cross/upselling
- Carry out continuous market analysis and research on account dynamics
- Drive account management and influence organizational engagement for footprint expansion
- Use CRM to log and update all activities and generate sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with last 1 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales is mandatory
- Experience in sales within the Digital Transformation space is highly preferred
- Sales experience in the Middle East and specifically in Qatar is highly preferred
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated with a competitive, results driven attitude

Job Summary
- Sell iHorizons' range of products and services to new and existing customers in various sectors and manage the entire sales life cycle.
- Manage all new accounts with support from Sales Operations Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Life Cycle Ownership: Generate new leads, be a trusted technology advisor, own bidding process, independently handle negotiations for small/mid deals.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets, sell range of services, ensure acceptable gross margins.
- Customer Relation Management: Act as single point of contact, carry out market analysis, provide customized support during bidding, implementation, and after sales.
- Upselling And Cross Selling: Prepare account development plan, identify new leads from existing accounts, increase services offered.
- General Account Administration: Support Sales Operations, facilitate contract renewals, follow up on invoices.
- CRM and Reporting: Use CRM to log activities and generate reports.
- Other: Visit major customers, entertain customers, build relationships with decision makers, coordinate with marketing, participate in trade shows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Minimum experience of 5 years, out of which the last 1 2 years should be in a similar role
- Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales is mandatory
- Experience in sales within the Digital Transformation space is highly preferred
- Sales experience in the Middle East and specifically in Qatar is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive sales growth
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent presentation skills
