Job Summary

  • Sell iHorizons' range of products and services to new and existing customers in various sectors and manage the entire sales life cycle.
  • Manage all new accounts with support from Sales Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Life Cycle Ownership: Generate new leads, be a trusted technology advisor, own bidding process, independently handle negotiations for small/mid deals.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets, sell range of services, ensure acceptable gross margins.
  • Customer Relation Management: Act as single point of contact, carry out market analysis, provide customized support during bidding, implementation, and after sales.
  • Upselling And Cross Selling: Prepare account development plan, identify new leads from existing accounts, increase services offered.
  • General Account Administration: Support Sales Operations, facilitate contract renewals, follow up on invoices.
  • CRM and Reporting: Use CRM to log activities and generate reports.
  • Other: Visit major customers, entertain customers, build relationships with decision makers, coordinate with marketing, participate in trade shows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum experience of 5 years, out of which the last 1 2 years should be in a similar role
  • Experience in customized enterprise IT solution sales is mandatory
  • Experience in sales within the Digital Transformation space is highly preferred
  • Sales experience in the Middle East and specifically in Qatar is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive sales growth
  • Strong client focus and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent presentation skills
