Overview
Manage the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and ongoing operations of enterprise software projects and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of software and IT projects, from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, handover, and ongoing operations.
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of deployed software platforms, ensuring system availability, stability, support, issue resolution, and service continuity.
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients, management, software development teams, infrastructure teams, business analysts, QA teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives, government stakeholders, high-profile clients, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear project status, progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and required decisions.
- Coordinate with software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, integration, AI, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and operations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, action trackers, and project documentation.
- Challenge vendors where required and ensure deliverables meet contractual, technical, quality, and business requirements.
- Participate in vendor selection, technical evaluations, commercial discussions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate third-party integrations, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, licenses, and external systems required for project delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
