PMO Assistant - Arabic Speaker
TATWEER MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA L.L.C is seeking a PMO Assistant with 3-5 years of experience in PMO and financial data analytics.
The role involves document management, data entry, reporting, and project coordination.
Proficiency in Power BI and ISO standards is required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a PMO, financial data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience with Power BI (Dax).
- Experience with ISO standards and customer satisfaction analysis.
- Experience with reporting and performance metrics tracking.
- Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support PMO operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Document Management: Maintain and organize documents and records, ensuring accuracy, updates, and adherence to the approved structure.
- Data Entry and Monitoring: Oversee and perform data entry tasks related to project progress, contracts, invoices, and other documents.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report organizational data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to support effective decision-making.
