Role overview
The Cyber Security Lead is an Arabic-speaking cybersecurity leadership or specialist role requiring 8+ years of experience.
The role covers security governance, risk, security operations, identity and access, data protection, compliance, awareness, and collaboration.
Requirements and education
- At least 8 years of experience as a cybersecurity lead or specialist with expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, SIEM, and email security.
- The candidate must be an Arabic speaker.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a relevant field is required.
- CISM, OSCP, or CISSP certification is required.
Security governance and risk
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and gap analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage third-party and vendor security risk assessments.
Security operations
- Oversee daily operations for EDR, DLP, SIEM, email security, firewalls, and NAC.
