The Delivery & Controls Manager is a senior management position leading the Delivery & Controls function.
The role establishes governance, planning, monitoring, and performance control across a portfolio of engineering design projects.
The position oversees project performance, programmes, resources, budgets, revenue, risks, contractual obligations, and delivery commitments.
Delivery and governance
- Lead the Delivery & Controls function, governance, reporting standards, and performance controls.
- Oversee portfolio delivery performance and identify issues, delays, resource constraints, and financial risks.
- Establish integrated controls for programmes, milestones, resources, budgets, revenue, risks, changes, and performance.
- Monitor Project Managers and teams against approved scope, programmes, budgets, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
Resources and finance
- Lead department-wide resource planning, workload balancing, capacity forecasting, and resource utilization.
- Monitor budgets, cost performance, revenue, invoicing forecasts, profitability, utilization, and financial performance.
- Develop management-level KPIs and dashboards covering delivery, finance, resources, programmes, risks, and actions.
