You will ensure that every session aligns with the
project s defined scope of work, and learning objectives and that trainees gain the competencies
required to succeed in real-world development environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- TOT certified trainer or 5 years of experience training in the field.
- Proven experience as a
- software development trainer, instructor, or technical mentor
- .
- Strong hands-on expertise in
- web and application development
- frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of
- software engineering principles
- , deployment practices, and collaborative development workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience of working in the GCC region on similar projects is preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering experiential and gamified training programs.
- Ability to collaborate with SkillUp MENA s internal teams to ensure training quality, logistics coordination, and alignment with project deliverables.
