Soft Service Supervisor

Job Purpose

Soft Services Operations

• Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other soft services activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, grooming, uniform, discipline, productivity, and deployment.
• Inspect offices, common areas, washrooms, external areas, and other facilities.

Scheduling and Supplies

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Ensure cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and materials are used safely and effectively.
• Monitor cleaning material, consumable, and equipment stocks and coordinate replenishment.

Waste and Contractors

• Ensure waste collection, segregation, storage, and disposal follow company and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate pest control and other specialized soft services contractors when required.
• Resolve cleaning-related complaints and service requests promptly.

People and Training

• Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance and on-the-job training to soft services staff.
• Assist with manpower planning, special cleaning activities, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with hard services, security, and other departments to support facility operations.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, hygiene standards, and safe working procedures.
• Maintain inspection checklists, attendance records, cleaning schedules, stock records, and FM documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, High School Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, cleaning, housekeeping, or soft services.
• Previous experience as a Soft Services, Cleaning, or Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, hygiene standards, waste management, HSE, and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to supervise a large or multi-site workforce.
• Good leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS/FM systems knowledge are advantageous.

Pay

• The stated pay is AED 3,800 to AED 4,000 per month.

Work Arrangement

• The stated work location is in person.
