HARD SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose

Technical Maintenance

• Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance activities.
• Inspect buildings, plant rooms, equipment, and MEP systems to identify defects and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure preventive planned maintenance and corrective maintenance are completed according to schedule.
• Respond to breakdowns, emergency maintenance needs, and technical complaints.

Team and Contractor Coordination

• Allocate work to electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, multi-technicians, and other maintenance personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate contractors and service providers for specialized work.
• Coordinate with FM departments and site teams to support smooth facility operations.

Compliance and Quality

• Ensure maintenance complies with HSE policies, safety procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Monitor tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Ensure maintenance quality meets company and client requirements.

Records and Reporting

• Maintain work orders, maintenance records, inspection checklists, PPM reports, and other FM documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Monitor technician attendance, productivity, discipline, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, ITI, or technical certificate in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, MEP, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facilities management or building maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Knowledge of PPM, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, HSE, and safe working practices.
• Basic computer skills are required; CMMS or FM software knowledge is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,800–4,000 per month.
