About the Role
Global High Trend General Trading LLC seeks a bilingual Arabic/English Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage social media accounts, create content, and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Create high quality Arabic and English content including captions, posts, stories, reels, and short form videos
- Coordinate and execute content shoots including photography and videography
- Design basic marketing creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI and lead generation
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and short form video editing
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
