Responsibilities
- Drive online sales, AOV, CLV, and revenue growth through e commerce management
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage customer retention through loyalty, rewards, VIP programs, referral, cashback, and subscription programs
- Manage marketplaces including Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour Marketplace, Talabat Mart, Deliveroo, Instashop, and Noon Minutes
- Manage e commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce
- Implement SEO and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Track and improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, CLV, customer retention, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E commerce, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in E commerce & Digital Marketing
- Minimum 3 years with a UAE based E commerce or D2C brand
- Proven experience in performance marketing, online sales growth, CRM, and loyalty program management
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets is an advantage

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced E commerce & Loyalty Program Specialist with a proven background in a UAE based E commerce or D2C brand.
- The ideal candidate will drive online sales growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, loyalty programs, CRM, and conversion optimization while managing day to day e commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online sales, AOV, CLV, and revenue growth.
- Manage website merchandising, product listings, promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage customer retention through loyalty, rewards, VIP programs, referral, cashback, subscription programs, and CRM.
- Manage marketplaces including Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour Marketplace, Talabat Mart, Deliveroo, Instashop, and Noon Minutes.
- Manage e commerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce.
- Implement technical & on page SEO, product & category SEO, schema markup, and conversion rate optimization.
- Track and improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, CLV, customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E commerce, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in E commerce & Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years with a UAE based E commerce or D2C brand.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, online sales growth, CRM, and loyalty program management.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets is an advantage.

- CRM & Loyalty: HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, CleverTap; Yotpo, Smile.io, LoyaltyLion, Zinrelo, Antavo, Capillary Technologies, SAP Emarsys.
- Digital & Technical Skills: SEO, Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Merchant Center, HTML/CSS (Basic), Feed Management, API Integrations (Preferred).
