- Source and procure materials and equipment as per project requirements
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Experience in sourcing materials, equipment, and services related to Oil & Gas
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
- Familiarity with local and international vendors
- Strong knowledge of purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory control
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
