- Monitor raw materials, in process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards
- Lead laboratory testing and product inspections
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste and downtime
- Supervise production and quality control teams, providing training and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, R&D, and logistics departments

Job Summary
