Position Summary

  • The E commerce and Loyalty Program Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels while developing and executing customer loyalty initiatives to enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. This role works closely with marketing, sales, custo

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's e commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Monitor website performance and customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and online sales.
  • Plan, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs, including rewards, membership benefits, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, purchasing trends, and loyalty program performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer data and loyalty points while resolving related customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with IT and third party vendors to support system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare regular reports on e commerce performance, sales, loyalty program KPIs, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new strategies to improve the online shopping experience and loyalty initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e commerce, digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty program management.
  • Experience with e commerce platforms, CRM systems, and loyalty management software.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Pay

  • AED 3,500 4,500 per month
