Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Produce compelling content such as captions, reels, stories, videos, project updates, and promotional materials
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create high quality visual and video content
- Cover project launches, site progress updates, company events, and corporate activities for digital platforms
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Support lead generation campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and communications
- Assist in influencer partnerships, digital advertising campaigns, and online reputation management
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s values, brand identity, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably within the UAE
- Experience in content creation, community management, and social media campaign execution
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Basic photography and videography skills are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results driven Social Media Officer to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, executing social media campaigns, and strengthening our brand awareness within the UAE real estate market.
- The Social Media Officer will play a key role in showcasing our projects, company culture, achievements, and industry expertise while generating engagement and supporting lead generation efforts.

- Experience creating and editing short form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
