- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Manage the end to end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, agents, and prospective buyers
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations, project briefings, and property viewings for clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the purchasing process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE real estate sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Existing network of investors, brokers, and real estate professionals in the UAE preferred
- Experience selling off plan and luxury real estate developments preferred
